Brief Description
This Act defines child marriages, provides for the appointment of Child Marriage Prohibition Officers, states that any child marriage is to be voidable at the option of the party to the marriage who is a child, provides for custody and maintenance and gives the Court power to mandate an injunction in a case of child marriage.
